Dennis Lunken, CEO, is the driving force behind the company's focus on research and innovation to support the future success of New Zealand's wine-growing industry.

He is leading Corbans Viticulture's strategy to provide winegrowers with Total Vineyard Solutions to meet their requirements for innovative services and high quality, certified grafted grapevines.

"With emphasis being on quality, the future direction of the industry will be technology and research-based", says Dennis.

"Ongoing innovation will assist in improving vineyard quality and yields by monitoring what is happening in each vineyard. Improved vine quality will occur through the kind of research that we are undertaking at Corbans Viticulture."

Dennis' business experience ranges from the establishment of computerised glasshouse systems for hydroponic growing of lettuces, managing international credit control for Air New Zealand to textile importing. He has also successfully developed and managed his own businesses.
